Luciana Mino is an accomplished real estate professional born in Argentina who relocated to the United States in 2008. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Real Estate, from UCF, and completed her MBA with a Project Management specialization in August 2023. With over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry, Luciana has expertise in various domains, including land acquisitions, abstract and title examination, land appraisal revision, eminent domain negotiation, property management, and investments.As the founder-owner of PHAS Realty since 2017, Luciana is deeply involved in the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the brokerage. In addition to her role at PHAS Realty, she currently serves as the Assistant Manager at Orange County Real Estate Management Division.
